At Bento Brand, every piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our bags are limited, unique pieces made by hand, we want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It includes all original packaging
  • You contact us before sending it back

Exchanges

Since our pieces are limited and unique, we cannot guarantee the same item will be available for exchange. However, we’ll do our best to find the perfect alternative for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
